Romanian prosecutors have announced that social media influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate have been charged with rape, human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to exploit women. Both brothers are dual UK-US nationals and have been under house arrest in the country for months during a police investigation. Two other Romanian nationals have also been under house arrest.
