72 points were scored by aylen Brown (41) and jayson tatum (31) in Boston's victory over the Pelicans. The Celtics became the first club in the NBA to achieve 30 victories this season.

Brown's relationship with Jayson Tatum continues, and the outcomes are displayed in front of the doubts: In three of the five seasons they have been together, including last year's journey to the Finals, they have advanced to the Eastern Finals. And if they are contenders for the title once more, it will be because of nights like the one before: Tatum (31) and Brown (41) combined for 72 points to lead the victory over the New Orleans Pelicans (125-114).

Brown had a career-high 41 points on 15 of 21 shooting and 12 rebounds versus Chicago as a remedy for his previous poor performance. Giannis Antetokounmpo, Nikola Jokic, and Anthony Davis are the only players this season who have made a basket that led to a 40-point double-double. Tatum, on the other hand, came back from a subdued first half to seal the Celtics' victory in the fourth quarter.

It's not the best you'll see from us, in my opinion, although together, we are at our best, according to Jaylen Brown, "I believe that there is still more for us to do in the future. To get back to the Finals, we must now concentrate on what is in front of us.

The Celtics' season revolves around one thing: forgetting the agony of the previous Finals, where they had the chance to take a 3-1 lead at home. Brown cautions that taking a break on the way back is not worthwhile. "You have to work towards success every night."

It served as a reminder after some Pelicans, who travelled to Boston without their top two scorers, Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram, endured more pain than required to lose. However, neither the depth of the team nor the objective are the same. The Celtics themselves were without two starters in Marcus Smart and Robert Williams III.

Without any of the two All-Stars, CJ McCollum led the New Orleans attack with 38 points, including 22 in the first half when New Orleans' shooting helped to keep the score close (58-64). With 18 of his 41 points in a spectacular third quarter, Brown would widen the deficit and put the game back on track, making the Celtics the first NBA club to reach 30 victories this season.
