Numerous websites indicate that WWE will announce its privatisation in the coming hours. The WWE board of directors is once again led by Vince McMahon.

The WWE leadership has been in the news for the last few hours. Stephanie McMahon left her position as co-CEO of WWE. After being positioned following his father's retirement, the authority returns to the pause that had been taken weeks before.

Later, the board of directors unanimously voted Vince McMahon to retake the position of board president, according to WWE. The position held once more by Vince will enable him to hasten the sale of the business, which numerous journalists with intimate ties to the organisation claim has already taken place.

The Saudi Arabian state investment fund allegedly clinched the deal to buy WWE, according to the Bodyslam portal. Other journalists took the information with a grain of salt because they claim the firm has been mute on the subject. It was supported by others, like Steven Muehlhausen of DAZN News, who explained that it is only a matter of time before the new owners make other changes to their administrative division. Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer said that "monstrous" news could be coming in the next few hours, though he didn't know if it had anything to do with this.

More speculations are starting to surface, suggesting that WWE is about to go private. In such a scenario, the company's stockholders would not be allowed to sell their ownership stake. On the other hand, the corporation would quit immediately complying with US government legislation and start following much more independent rules. It is important to note that neither WWE nor the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have cited this information as being official.

The relationship between WWE and Saudi Arabia has drawn harsh criticism from the public ever since its debut event in 2018. Despite the negative reputation that has enveloped its kingdom and the tense international relations with the United States, the wrestling organisation has chosen to continue with its biannual shows in this nation. Both partners have an event contract that runs until 2030, with the option of a further two years' extension following the COVID pandemic.
