Nascar driver Kyle Busch was recently accused of being detained in Cancun, Mexico. It later found out that Busch had been given a 3-year prison sentence, but he was released after paying a bond of more than $20,000, making the controversies involving Nascar drivers occasionally exceedingly bizarre.

Being a well-known driver in the Nascar class, Kyle Busch drives for the Richard Childress Racing organisation. He has won 60 Cup Series races and 22 Nascar races, among other accomplishments.

Several reports claim that this Nascar driver was detained a few days ago at the airport in Cancun for a number of reasons, including illegally owning a pistol and carrying ammunition that is only meant for military use. He got into some big trouble for all of this.

According to reports, Kyle Busch was arrested on January 27. At the time, it was revealed that he had been given a sentence of three and a half years in prison; however, given what transpired this past Sunday, it seems likely that he was released after paying a fine. Other portals claim that the sum he paid was over 20,000 pesos, although no official information is available owing to the sensitivity of the case.

Even though it finished third during the Busch Clash race, there was hardly any information from the Nascar-specific media to explain the entire incident.

A unique aspect of this Nascar race is that despite being 150 laps long and taking place on a small track, the level of competitiveness is quite close. This is in addition to the fact that there are several incidents, such as racing vehicles spinning out. Busch, on the other hand, was just 1.2 seconds behind the lead and had a race full of surprises—all the more so considering his challenging days in Cancun.
